The preponderance of the risk mitigation at Justified Capital has been motivated by Police abuse, along with said abuse retrospectively unearthing abuse from those in an envelope of trust.

Anytime an investment vehicle has a principal investment researcher or manager, the vast majority of the risk with the vehicle stems from personal risk to the principal. Particularly to the personal influences behind how the principal makes decisions.

Based on experience with Police abusively targeting personal decision making factors, the most risky of these factors comes from sexual related subconscious influence. After all, since the core biological purpose of sex is to combine two beings into one, it is not difficult to imagine how sex and all its permutations can create subconscious influences of one person over another.

The principal knows for a fact that the Police have used rectal semen deposits and other perverted sexual acts to influence their investment decisions. The Police have similarly used sex with women in relationships with the principal to influence important decisions that have given the Police an unfair advantage.

Accordingly, the Police abusing their power to influence personal decisions and actions is the most toxic risk to Justified Capital.

For instance, when conducting research and running trades to smooth out Justified Capital's flagship strategy, the Police used rape and deception to influence the schedule, trades, and outcomes of the principal. A massive set of risks that are exogenous to the market, and hence the most dangerous.

The principal learned that- in more cases than most people realize- their words and actions were not their own. Rather, they were often those of the Police through the principal. And so the principal synthesized the most foundational risk mitigation principle of the firm: anything vital must be thoughtfully written by the principal for scale and durability.

Thoughtful writing- whether code or a prospectus- draws much closer from the true subconscious source of the principal. And in a way that creates a scalable result capable of maintaining the objectivity that only something as clear and immortal as writing can offer. So naturally- everything vital at Justified Capital is written rigorously. Everything else being considered a charade- as necessary as they may be sometimes to assuage the comfort of investors used to picking managers that they like and trust. Even if they only trust them because the manager is willing to take rectal semen deposits.

Justified Capital mitigates such abominable needs to control risk by making everything as objective and algorithmic as possible.

To the point where Justified Capital should run for a reasonable duration when the Police commit the most egregious abuse of the principal: violating their 4th amendment rights and taking away their freedom without just cause. A sobering reality of the principal's past that motivated the need for automated objectivity.

Even still- there is a risk that a women technical enough to adjust algorithmic trading gets close to the principal and uses sexual influence to make adjustments. A risk that will be mitigated by every strategy going through as much testing as possible to ensure that it performs acceptably in every potential market condition.

Reactivity is key for risk mitigation instead of proactivity. Proactive plays always have a side- a way to win or lose big. Proactive plays can be tampered with by the Police, and have been. But reactive strategies use any move the Police might make towards either reducing risk or making profit. This notion describes the heart of the risk reduction thinking at Justified Capital.

Perhaps the second most important risk reduction notion is that using data to create strategies passes on the risks and culpability of the data to the strategies.

For instance- much of what the principal has produced digitally has been manipulated by the Police in some form or fashion in settings that are not pure. So data can and will most certainly be manipulated by the Police or similarly bad actors.

In perhaps a notion that only rigorous mathematicians will understand, any result born from data is in itself not pure. Only results that hold in generality and have far-reaching impact are worth celebrating and basing a strategy around. Any other path will create unpredictable and asymmetric risk. Risk that a shop like Justified Capital is not willing to entertain because the Police will abuse the surface area of risk for their own gain.

As such, Justified Capital's risk strategy is based on the most disruptive risk possible: abusive Police who rig market mechanisms and use rape to influence decisions and actions.
